Description of Services: Education and resources for community and service providers, plus service linkages for survivors of acquired brain injury (traumatic and non-traumatic).

Post Concussion Action Group  - series of four sessions* in-person in office, and virtual connection throughout South East Ontario.

Acquired Brain Injury and Addictions/Mental Health Collaborative - group of service providers meet regularly to review and discuss how best to meet the needs of referred individual/family affected by moderate to severe ABI complicated by mental health issues and/or substance use issues
