Foot Care Clinic Basic foot care provided by a registered nurse
 
Frozen Meals Delivery of frozen meal packages once per week
 
Home Help Brokerage Assistance with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, pet care, errands, shopping, and meal preparation * referrals to local services for snow removal/shoveling, yard work, window washing, house cleaning, grocery shopping, minor repairs
 
In-Home Respite Respite provided by personal support workers to give the caregiver a break
 
Meals on Wheels Hot and frozen meals delivered
 
Parkinson's Support Group Parkinson support group * meets monthly * opportunity for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners to share their experience and discover new resources
 
Volunteer Hospice Visiting Service Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness
