Description of Services: Care for people living with opioid dependence (use of illicit opioids such as morphine, heroin, Dilaudid® or OxyContin®) * clinic combines doctors, nurses, counsellors and onsite medication administration

Methadone (form of oral substitution treatment) provides safe, legal maintenance routine combined with counselling and other medical care to improve health status, functional stability, and quality of life

Fees: Medical services may be covered by OHIP * some fees for other programs
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Homeless * people with a substance use disorder * sex trade workers and/or recent release from prison
