Description of Services: Community nutrition programs are scheduled throughout the year

Basic Shelf - participants learn to prepare low cost, nutritious food * partnership program with Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington Public Health * assistance with childcare and rides are provided

Good Food Boxes - low cost box of fresh fruits and vegetables on a monthly basis * pay at the end of the month and pick up on the 3rd Thursday monthly

Cooking for Yourself - cooking and nutrition program for older adults * focuses on cooking for one or two people * open to the community

Feeding Your Family - cooking and nutrition program for parents and grandparents * focuses on cooking for a family with children * open to the community

Fees: Medical services may be covered by OHIP * some fees for other programs
