Description of Services: Community Support Services provided to maximize the independence and personal empowerment and community participation of people with physical disabilities * community based rehabilitation and advocacy organization for people with physical disabilities
 
Befriending Program Connects people with physical disabilities or acquired brain injuries with screened volunteers who have similar interests in activities
 
Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program In-home and visiting rehabilitation
 
Outreach Attendant Services Home support for daily living activities * individual care is available at home, school or workplace * attendants provide personal care
 
Supportive Housing Program Supportive housing provided in accessible, unfurnished, geared-to-income rental apartments with attendant service staff available on-site for non-medical assistance such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
