Home Care Occupational Therapy In-Home occupational therapy services to enable clients to safely participate in daily activities of self-care, work and leisure
 
Home Care Registered Dietitians In home nutritional assessments and counselling for individuals, families, caregivers and groups * works with clients in the areas of general nutrition, therapeutic diets, disease prevention and health promotion
 
Social Work - Visiting Home-based counselling and support for issues such as: 
 
Speech Language Pathology Assessments, counselling and in-home community speech therapy for adults with communication and swallowing disorders
